Liver is one of the most nutrient-dense organ meats and a fantastic source of essential vitamins and minerals for your pet. We use only grass-fed beef liver, and we avoid using common allergens like chicken in our kitchen. This simple, single-ingredient approach ensures a pure, wholesome treat that’s gentle on sensitive tummies.

Absolutely! We’re so lucky to have access to incredible local farms right here in British Columbia. Most of our vegetables come from Sea-to-Sky organic farms such as Laughing Crow Organics, Plenty Wild, and Seed to Culture. Our eggshells come from the happy hens at Feathers & Fir Family Homestead in D’Arcy.

We source our meats through trusted suppliers who work with the best farms in BC and Alberta. Our beef liver is 100% grass-fed and comes from cattle raised without antibiotics, animal by-products, or artificial growth promotants.

WOW Treats are free from any additives - no soy, gluten, sugar, preservatives, or fillers. Instead, we fill each bag with real, wholesome ingredients and love. It’s easy to see exactly what’s inside: if it says "BEEF LIVER + eggshells," you’re getting just that - pure beef liver and eggshells, and nothing else!

Our treats have a shelf life of up to 12 months when unopened. For best results, store WOW Treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, such as a cupboard. Refrigeration isn’t recommended, as it can introduce condensation, but freezing is an option if you’d like to extend freshness.

That said, they rarely last that long! We’ve heard plenty of stories from our regulars about pups so obsessed with WOW Treats that they’ve figured out how to raid cupboards and counters just to get their paws on them. They’re just that good!

To keep your WOW Treats fresh, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, such as a cupboard. An airtight container, a glass jar with a lid, or the original packaging (which has a seal) works best. Refrigeration isn’t recommended, as it can introduce condensation, but freezing is an option if you’d like to extend freshness - just keep them in an airtight container to avoid freezer burn.

All WOW Treats are made exclusively from grass-fed beef liver, and we avoid using common allergens like chicken in our kitchen. This makes our treats a great choice for many pets with food sensitivities.

If your pup has a beef allergy, we’re sorry we don’t have an alternative treat just yet, but we are always listening and open to ideas for future options!

WOW Treats have been taste-tested and approved by many picky eaters, but we understand that every dog has their own taste.

Order your mini sample to do your very own tasting session! Each sample comes in a mini pouch with approximately 5g of mixed treats - just enough to see that "WOW" on your pup’s face. We only charge for shipping (non-trackable via Canada Post letter mail), so you can try before committing to a larger order.

Biothane is a strong polyester webbing coated in a soft, flexible waterproof layer. Kind of like a modern, vegan-friendly alternative to leather. It has the feel of leather but the durability of synthetic gear. We love it because it's:

• Waterproof & weatherproof (rain, snow, slush — bring it on)
  
• Stink-proof & easy to clean (yes, even after a mud puddle roll)
  
• Strong, flexible, and long-lasting
  

We use genuine Biothane® to make gear that’s tough enough for mountain hikes, forest adventures, and lakeside strolls, yet stylish enough for café patios and city sidewalks.

Biothane is super easy to keep clean (one of the many reasons we love it!). For everyday messes, just rinse with warm water or wipe with a damp cloth. For heavier dirt or stink, a little mild soap and a soft sponge will do the trick.

Avoid harsh scrubbers or chemical cleaners - they’re not necessary and may damage the finish.

We use solid brass or nickel-plated brass hardware — both are strong, rust-resistant, and perfect for all-weather adventuring.

We recommend rinsing after salty swims or muddy hikes to keep it shiny and strong.

Yes, but nothing high-maintenance! We use real, solid brass for its strength, timeless look, and natural aging charm.

Over time, brass can develop a patina and may leave faint marks on lighter Biothane colours (like white or sage). This is completely normal and only affects appearance, not function.

Biothane is incredibly durable and holds color well. However, very light colors (like white or pastels) can pick up stains over time with heavy use.

Don't worry — most stains wipe off easily with soap and water!

Nope! One of the best things about Biothane is that it stays flexible even in freezing temperatures. It won’t crack, get stiff, or freeze like leather or nylon.

Nothing is truly chew-proof (teeth are wild things!), but Biothane is much more durable than nylon or rope. That said, if your dog is a dedicated chewer, we recommend supervising them while wearing gear, just in case.

We make everything from scratch in small batches and do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.
