Shipping Policy

From Our Mountain Kitchen to Your Door

Every order is handcrafted, packed, and shipped with love from our small family workshop in D’Arcy, BC.
Because we live and create in a rural area, shipping can take a little longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait.


Processing Times

We make everything from scratch in small batches and do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.

  • Treats: Usually ship within 3–5 business days, depending on order size and batch schedule.
  • Ready-to-Ship Gear: Processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Custom Gear: Made-to-order pieces may take a little longer depending on design and workload.

We typically ship once per week since our nearest post office isn’t just around the corner.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.


Shipping Methods

Most orders ship via Canada Post with tracking.
If there’s a postal disruption, we’ll switch to UPS to avoid delays.

All orders include tracking except for small “mini sample” packs, which are sent by letter mail.


Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping across Canada on orders over $150 CAD (before tax and after discounts).
Orders under that amount will show real-time shipping rates at checkout.


Local Delivery

We’re happy to offer local delivery throughout the Sea-to-Sky corridor.

D’Arcy, Birken, Mount Currie & Pemberton
Free local delivery on orders $30+ before tax and discounts. Deliveries are made 1–2 times per week, and we’ll confirm your drop-off once your order is ready.

Whistler & surrounding neighbourhoods
Delivery is available on orders $50+ before tax and discounts. A $10 delivery fee applies, or free on orders $100+. Deliveries are made weekly, and timing may vary depending on order type.

Squamish & Brackendale
Delivery is available once per month on a scheduled date. Minimum order $75 before tax and discounts. A $10 delivery fee applies, or free on orders $100+. Upcoming delivery dates will be announced in advance.

Some items are made to order, so delivery timing may vary slightly. We’ll always confirm your delivery once your order is ready.


Seasonal Delays

Please allow extra time during:

  • The holiday rush (November–January)
  • Statutory holidays
  • Market season (May–September)
  • Extreme weather or postal delays

We’ll always do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.


Tracking & Lost Packages

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
If your package seems delayed, check with the carrier first using that link.
If you still need help, email us — we’ll do our best to track it down.

All tracked shipments include standard carrier coverage.
If your package arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can file a claim and make it right.
