Shipping policy

We handcraft, pack, and ship every order with care from our small family homestead in D’Arcy, BC.

Because we’re located in a rural area, please allow a little extra time for processing and delivery. We typically ship once per week.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking (UPS may be used during postal disruptions).
Free shipping applies to Canadian orders over $150 CAD (before tax and after discounts).

Local delivery is available in D’Arcy, Birken, and Pemberton, with a small fee for Whistler and Squamish.
